Dates of Conflict With a little bit of diligence
we can avoid many scheduling conflicts before they happen. Coaches with teams made of players from the same school must identify
dates of school activities that can be excluded from scheduling. Please take this responsibility seriously. With
new scheduling software the need to reschedule games due to school and other known events can simply be avoided.
2010 Schedule
The
scheduling process for the 2010 season begins April 3. Preliminary drafts are developed and then modified dependent
upon individual teams' "Exclusion Dates." It is very important that known dates of conflict are turned
in to avoid the unnecessary rescheduling of games due to a shortage of available players. The final draft is
usually completed by mid-April with official distribution at a mandatory coaches meeting. Games begin for most age groups
by the first week in May with the younger divisions beginning slightly thereafter.
Report Game Scores
The
winning team is responsible for game report within 24-48 hours. Non-reported games will be shown in the loss column
for both teams involved. Information required must be accurate and verifiable. Please include:
