The player fundraising activity is meant to accomplish two objectives. - Offer an
"introductory" buy-in to a major community project
- Begin the process of creating a unified
marketable identity
Monies raised in this first year of league-wide fundraising will be insignificant
to the larger impact of future sponsorships. Only by showing a shared commitment, measuring participation levels, and
tailoring a unified membership towards larger business and corporate entities will we be able to fully fund a multi-million
dollar project.
