The Northeast
Baseball and Softball Association is nothing but pleased with our entire collection of players, parents,
coaches, and affiliated partners. From Boy Scout honor guards to ice cream awards ceremonies we are actively looking
for ways to enhance the baseball experience in specific, as well as the community perception in whole. We
wish good luck to everyone who has embraced our efforts and welcome those considering us for the
first time. You are truly appreciated and essential to bringing a positive, robust, and varied activity
to the youth of the area.
With league participation doubling since 2007, the
Northeast Baseball and Softball Association has positioned itself for local success. Our members come from the surrounding
area's finest public and private schools, churches, and corporate membership associations. Our hope is to have
participants understand the concepts of challenge, opportunity, and success. To be exceptional
academically and spiritually is but a part of being exceptional athletically. What we are trying to create are exceptional
citizens.
The Sponsorship packages are designed to maximize exposure for businesses interested in putting their
name in front of our membership. Additionally, with teams arriving in mid-July to engage in a championship
caliber tournament the geographic reach expands to state-wide coverage. Through basic league coupon dissemination,
website traffic affiliation, "Hap Dumont" NBC State Championship banner advertising, and "Hap Dumont"
State Tournament Program advertising a host of options are presented.

click-through from the league website has grown seven-fold from 2009-2010. During regular league operations
visits to our most active pages exceed 120 views per day by our members reporting scores, checking weather conditions,
and examining team results and standings. Opportunities exist for maximum exposure in June and July which records over
300 daily visits by a broader range of teams examining information related to the NBC State tournament.
From 2007 to 2010 The Northeast Baseball and Softball Association website has experienced spectacular
growth in yearly viewership. Traffic grows exponentially. Unique visitors, daily visits, and high percentage of visits
coming from direct bookmarks make the website attractive for the right entity. Great pains have been made to keep the
site informative and advertisement free. However, as league ambitions have grown so must our financial
capabilities. Individual or grouped text link advertising is being offered on a page by page basis.

Banner Advertising
We
are attempting to offset extraordinary costs associated with hosting NBC state tournament operations. Awards,
equipment rental, official scorekeepers, game announcers, and daily supplies create a fiscal deficit for the Northeast
Baseball and Softball Association. Although a worthy cause bringing visitors to our community, our participation as
host of this event is untenable without additional support.
Current league facilities at Planeview Park, as permitted,
and tournament site South Lakes Sports Complex are very conducive to banner advertising at positions lining the backstops around
the seating pavilions on all fields of anticipated use. Banners of 2' x 6" dimensions placed strategically in
front and low of the action will ensure greatest identity exposure without obstructing the field of view. Banner
positioning will begin with initial sponsors receiving placement directly behind the catcher.

State Tournament T-Shirt Sponsorship
Advertising space is available on official t-shirts during the 2011 NBC "Hap Dumont" Youth Baseball State
Tournament. We are seeking sponsorship for the production of 200 multi-colored high quality shirts. The shirts
will feature names of participant teams, NBC Logo, and positions for two or four sponsor identifications.
2010 t-shirts had 100 percent sales of shirts produced and helped tremendously towards making hosting
duties a viable activity for the Northeast Baseball and Softball Association.
